§ 3 Inkrafttreten, Außerkrafttreten

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt gemäß § 100 Absatz 6 des Brandenburgischen Wassergesetzes der Beschluss Nr. 0189 vom 7. Dezember 1989 des Rates des Bezirkes Frankfurt (Oder) über Hochwassergebiete im Bezirk Frankfurt (Oder) insoweit außer Kraft, als Hochwassergebiete an der Oder, der Welse, der Westoder, der Hohensaaten-Friedrichsthaler-Wasserstraße und der Schwedter Querfahrt von Stützkow bis Friedrichsthal festgelegt wurden.
