Auf Grund von § 6 Abs. 3 Satz 4, § 7 Abs. 5 Satz 2, § 9 Abs. 1 Satz 2, § 25 Abs. 2 Satz 1, § 67 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 Satz 4, §§ 112, 113 Abs. 4 der Bundesnotarordnung – BNotO – (BGBl III 303-1), zuletzt geändert durch Art. 1 Nr. 1 des Gesetzes vom 19. Dezember 1998 (BGBl I S. 3836), sowie § 54b Abs. 3 Satz 3 des Beurkundungsgesetzes vom 28. August 1969 (BGBl I S. 1513), zuletzt geändert durch Art. 2 des Gesetzes vom 31. August 1998 (BGBl I S. 2585), in Verbindung mit § 3 Nrn. 1 bis 6 der Verordnung zur Ausführung der Bundesnotarordnung vom 27. Juli 1999 (GVBl S. 339, BayRS 303-1-2-J), erlässt das Bayerische Staatsministerium der Justiz folgende Verordnung:
