# § 54 WuSolvV — KSA-Positionswert einer Verbriefungsposition

Wohnungsunternehmen-Solvabilitätsverordnung

(1) Der KSA-Positionswert einer Verbriefungsposition ist das Produkt aus ihrer KSA-Bemessungsgrundlage und ihrem KSA-Konversionsfaktor nach Absatz 2.

(2) Der KSA-Konversionsfaktor einer Verbriefungsposition beträgt 100 Prozent.
