# § 51 WO-BayPVG (Bayern) — Bestellung des Hauptwahlvorstands

Der Hauptpersonalrat bestellt den Hauptwahlvorstand und seinen Vorsitzenden (Art. 64 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit Art. 60 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BayPVG). Dem Hauptwahlvorstand muß mindestens eine nach Art. 14 BayPVG wählbare Person, die nicht zur Hauptjugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung wahlberechtigt ist, angehören.
