# § 124 SGG

Sozialgerichtsgesetz

(1) Das Gericht entscheidet, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, auf Grund mündlicher Verhandlung.

(2) Mit Einverständnis der Beteiligten kann das Gericht ohne mündliche Verhandlung durch Urteil entscheiden.

(3) Entscheidungen des Gerichts, die nicht Urteile sind, können ohne mündliche Verhandlung ergehen, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
