# § 10 MilchSoPrG — Weitere Bestimmungen zum Verwaltungsverfahren

Milch-Sonderprogrammgesetz

Soweit nicht nach § 2 Absatz 2 das Marktorganisationsgesetz anzuwenden ist, gelten die §§ 10, 11, 14 und 33 Absatz 1 und 2 des Marktorganisationsgesetzes entsprechend.
