Auf Grund von Art. 7a, 25 Abs. 3 Satz 1, Art. 30a Abs. 5 Satz 4, Art. 32a Abs. 6 Satz 4, Art. 37 Abs. 3 Satz 3, Art. 41 Abs. 6 Satz 3 und Abs. 7 Satz 5, Art. 43 Abs. 1 Satz 4, Art. 44 Abs. 2 Satz 1, Art. 45 Abs. 2 Sätze 1 und 4, Art. 46 Abs. 4 Satz 3, Art. 49 Abs. 1 Satz 2, Art. 65 Abs. 1 Satz 4, Art. 68, 69 Abs. 7, Art. 86 Abs. 15, Art. 89 und 128 Abs. 1 des Bayerischen Gesetzes über das Erziehungs- und Unterrichtswesen (BayEUG) in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 31. Mai 2000 (GVBl S. 414, ber. S. 632, BayRS 2230-1-1-UK), zuletzt geändert durch § 2 des Gesetzes vom 9. Juli 2012 (GVBl S. 344), erlässt das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Unterricht und Kultus folgende Verordnung:
