# § 25 LAnpG — Umwandlungsbeschluß

Landwirtschaftsanpassungsgesetz

(1) Für den Formwechsel ist ein Beschluß der Mitglieder der LPG (Umwandlungsbeschluß) erforderlich. Der Beschluß kann nur in einer Vollversammlung gefaßt werden.

(2) § 7 Abs. 2 und 3 gilt für den Umwandlungsbeschluß entsprechend.
