Auf die Gesamtfinanzrechnung findet der Deutsche Rechnungslegungsstandard Nr. 21 (DRS 21) – Kapitalflussrechnung – vom 2. April 2014 (BAnz AT 08.04.2014 B2) in der vom Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz bekannt gemachten Form entsprechende Anwendung.
