# § 123a HwO

Stand: 01.08.2024 (konsolidierte Textfassung, kein amtliches Inkrafttretensdatum)

§ 22b Absatz 3, § 37 Absatz 3, die §§ 41b, 41c Absatz 1 bis 3, die §§ 41d, 42b Absatz 3, § 42c Absatz 3, § 49 Absatz 2 sowie § 51a Absatz 5 sind erstmals ab dem 1. Januar 2025 anzuwenden. § 22b Absatz 3, § 37 Absatz 3, § 42b Absatz 3, § 42c Absatz 3, § 49 Absatz 2 sowie § 51a Absatz 5 sind in ihrer am 31. Juli 2024 geltenden Fassung bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2024 weiter anzuwenden.
