# § 47 BVG

Bundesversorgungsgesetz

(1) Die volle Ausgleichsrente beträgt monatlich

bei Halbwaisen	265 Euro,
bei Vollwaisen	370 Euro.
```

(2) § 33 gilt mit Ausnahme von Absatz 1 Satz 2 Buchstabe b und Absatz 4 entsprechend.
