# § 1 BLEG — Rechtsform, Name, Sitz

Gesetz über die Errichtung einer Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung

Im Geschäftsbereich des Bundesministeriums für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (Bundesministerium) wird eine bundesunmittelbare rechtsfähige Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts durch Zusammenlegung der Bundesanstalt für landwirtschaftliche Marktordnung und des Bundesamtes für Ernährung und Forstwirtschaft errichtet. Die Anstalt trägt die Bezeichnung "Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung" (Bundesanstalt). Sie hat ihren Sitz in Bonn.
