# § 3 BAProNotFPrV — Inhalt der Prüfung

Bachelor-Professional-Notariat-Fortbildungsprüfungsverordnung  
Stand: 01.04.2026 (konsolidierte Textfassung, kein amtliches Inkrafttretensdatum)

Die Prüfung umfasst folgende Prüfungsbereiche:

- 1. Prüfungsbereich „Liegenschafts- und Grundbuchrecht“ nach § 4,

- 2. Prüfungsbereich „Familien- und Erbrecht sowie Internationales Privatrecht“ nach § 5,

- 3. Prüfungsbereich „Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht“ nach § 6,

- 4. Prüfungsbereich „Büroorganisation“ nach § 7,

- 5. Prüfungsbereich „Führung und Zusammenarbeit“ nach § 8.
